Udaipur Police alert citizens about Fake RBI emails
Udaipur Police Department has released an official statement to warn all the citizens of Udaipur to be aware of alluring emails claiming to be from RBI that they have won heavy amount in lucky draw.

RBI does not send such emails and please delete or don’t respond to any such emails to prevent from fraud.
“Your email id has been selected among 4 lucky persons who have won an amount of $850,000 USD.”
The Sender of the Email asks the receiver to immediately send a scan copy of his/her Passport Size Photo, ID proofs and bank account details as well as personal details on rbifundrelease_2014@hotmail.com to claim the amount won by him.
Upon getting information about such Fake email messages, the City police came into action and started tracing the accused. The Department also made an appeal to people not to react on any such Fake Emails/ messages as RBI never send any of such Emails. If anyone receives such mail then she/he should immediately inform the police department about it.
