A group of people from Village Morjai, Vallabh Nagar thrashed three people including a woman on suspicion of being thieves. The angry mob also set two cars of the victims on fire.

The victims Shankar Gameti, Chunnilal Kalbelia and his wife were rescued by police.

According to police, yesterday evening three of the victims were sitting near a pond and few villagers found their activities suspicious. Soon a large number of villagers gathered around them and started beating them.

Somehow police got the information and they rescued all three of them and also detained few villagers. But the scene got tensed when Chunnilal called his brother who arrived in a car. The angry villagers set his car on fire including another car of the victim.
