Villagers Thrash Sadhu for creating annoyance

According to the sources, Laxman Yadav, pujari and caretaker of Sai Dham Temple at Dabok, was physically abused by residents of village for playing devotional songs in loud volume. Villagers also allege that the priest is involved in many wrong activities and creating disturbance for the residents.
Three people, including the priest were injured in the assault, however no formal case against anyone is lodged, but police has warned both parties to maintain peace in the area.
Laxman Yadav (45), originally belongs to Nalanda and residing in Udaipur from past 5-6 years; he shifted to Sai Dham Temple two years back and lives in a hutment near the temple.
People of the village told UT, that they are continuously annoyed by the illicit activities of Yadav.
Today, since morning he was playing devotional songs on high volume, after requesting several times when Yadav did not listen to the villagers, the angry villagers forced inside the hut and thrashed Yadav and his associate. Three people have received minor injuries in the brawl.
Yadav went to Dabok police station, where villagers also followed him. The circle inspector responded to the situation and warned supporters of Yadav and villagers to maintain peace.
