A property dealer faced stern reaction by the villagers when he was caught and tied to the lamp post for few hours until he was rescued by the police team. The incident held today at Balicha when Kamal Singh, a property dealer was caught by the villagers.

According to sources, Kamal Singh resident of Sector 14 Goverdhan Vilas had bought several lands at Balicha, Devali and Kaya Villages of Goverdhan Vilas Area but he didn’t accomplish payment to land owners. A case of fraud is also registered against him at Govedhan Vilas Police Station.

The villagers informed that, Kamal bought 1 Bigha Land for Rs.65 Lac but paid only Rs. 12.5 Lac in the last year. He also purchased another land and didn’t pay even half of the amount.

Angry over his inappropriate deals, villagers caught him today and tied him up with a lamp post. However, a police team from Goverdhan Vilas Police station rushed to the village and rescued the property dealer.
