To avoid the EMI of a personal loan, a woman planned to fake her death by getting her own death certificate by Municipal Corporation, but the misdeed was caught and a case is lodged against the accused by the local corporator.

Rajesh Singhvi, local corporator and social worker informed that on 25^th June, two women of Ghausia Colony came to him and informed about the death of Mumtaz who used to live in the same locality. When asked about the cause of death, the women said, she died of snake bite.

After verifying the document of Singhvi, the women went to Municipal Corporation and issued the death certificate of Mumtaz.

But after few days Rajesh Singhvi was shocked to know that Mumtaz whose death he’d verified few days ago is not dead but alive and healthy. Interestingly, Mumtaz’s husband himself informed Singhvi about his wife’s truth.

It came out that the victim Mumtaz planned the cheating with two known ladies so that she can avoid paying EMI of personal loan she had taken from a bank.

Rajesh Singhvi has lodged report against all three women for cheating.
