Admissions Open for 3-Year Diploma Engineering Courses
Last date to apply for lateral entry (Second Year) is July 5, 2025, while applications for First Year admissions will open from today, June 20, 2025

Udaipur, June 20, 2025 – Admissions have begun for the three-year diploma engineering courses running in Government Polytechnic Colleges across Rajasthan, including the Government Polytechnic College, Udaipur.
Students who have passed the 10th grade are eligible to apply for First Year diploma admission, while candidates who hold a two-year ITI certificate or have passed 12th grade with Science and Mathematics can apply for lateral entry into the Second Year.
CS Tak, Principal of Government Polytechnic College, Jogi Talab, Udaipur, informed that the institute offers core technical branches such as Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. The last date to apply for lateral entry (Second Year) is July 5, 2025, while applications for First Year admissions will open from today, June 20, 2025.
