An international seminar on the developments in and use of modern computer technology is being organized under the auspices of the Janardhan Rai Naagar Rajasthan Vidhyapeeth University, Udaipur.

The 3 day seminar is being organized by the Department of Computer Science of the University and will be held from 21^st April to 23^rd April at their Pratapnagar campus.

The key note speaker at the seminar will be Professor S C Shahasrabuddhi, former Director of IIT Mumbai and Dhirubhai Ambani Institute, Gandhinagar. The specialist discussions will be conducted by Prof. George M Geograu, Prof. N N Jain, Prof. Om Vikas, Prof. Vipin Gupta, Prof. KV Arya and Prof. Ashok Patel.

Dr. S S Sarangdevot, Registrar and organizer of the event further informed that more than 150 experts from the field of Computer Science and IT will be participating in this event.

Apart from students of Computers and Information Technology, the seminar invites students from other streams such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-Chemistry, Engineering, Statistics, Commerce and Arts, etc.

Dr. Sarangdevot also informed that different committees have been allotted responsibilities ranging from looking after the Registration, Advisory, Technical, Local Advisory, Transportation and News and Media.
