MCC Postpones Round 1 MBBS-BDS Choice Filling Process Again

Aug 5, 2025 - The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), New Delhi, has postponed the choice filling and locking process for Round 1 of MBBS-BDS counselling under the All India 15% quota. According to a notice flashed on the MCC website, revised dates will be out soon on the official website mcc.nic.in.

The NEET counselling has two categories: Central (or national) and State. The Central counselling is conducted by MCC for admission into the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats.

This is the third time the schedule has been revised. The original schedule had the choice filling ending August 4, with seat processing on August 5 and results on August 6. 

This round of counselling is for the 15% All India Quota seats in MBBS/BDS programmes, as well as for Deemed Universities, Central Universities, AIIMS, JIPMER and BSc Nursing institutes.
