UDISE Entry Mandatory by Nov 30 for Rajasthan Schools

Udaipur, Nov 26, 2025 - All government, non-government/private, madarsas and Central Government–run schools in Rajasthan must mandatorily upload school, teacher and student data on the UDISE (Unified District Information System for Education) portal for the 2025-26 academic year by November 30, 2025.

Rajasthan School Education Council’s State Project Director Anupama Jorwal, has instructed all Chief District Education Officers (CDEOs) to ensure that every school in their district completes data entry for all three UDISE modules — School Profile, Teacher Module and Student Module — within the stipulated timeline. After this deadline, no further data entry will be allowed on the portal. If any school fails to complete data entry, the head of that institution will be held responsible, while the CDEO will be accountable if data from any school remains incomplete at the district level, as per the order.

To ensure timely data entry, instructions have been issued to set up control rooms at both district and block levels. At the district level, the District Education Officer will monitor the process. At the block level, the Block Education Officer will oversee the progress. In case of discrepancies between the resources available in schools and the data entered in the U-DISE portal, accountability will be fixed for the concerned PEEO and UCEO.
