R. Madhavan’s First Look from ‘Dhurandhar’ Stuns Fans

Mumbai, Nov 10, 2025: The next big Bollywood release is Ranveer Singh’s upcoming film, Dhurandhar. The makers are set to launch the film’s trailer in a few days. Ahead of the trailer, they released R. Madhavan’s first-look poster from the film. Earlier, they had released a first-look poster of Arjun Rampal, who plays an important role in the movie.

On November 8th, the makers released Arjun Rampal’s first look, which excited fans. Today, November 9th, they released R. Madhavan’s first-look poster, surprising fans. Madhavan has undergone a big transformation for this new look, and it is a little hard to recognize him in the poster.

The makers captioned the poster, “The charioteer of karma.” It shows him in a gray suit, glasses, and a serious expression. In this look, Madhavan’s front hair is missing, making him almost unrecognizable. After the poster was released, Ranveer Singh reacted to it. Impressed by the look, he cheered for Madhavan and wrote, “Maddy Supremacy,” along with a fire emoji.

Is Madhavan Playing Ajit Doval in ‘Dhurandhar’

Fans are speculating that R. Madhavan may play former IPS officer and National Security Advisor Ajit Doval in the film. One user wrote, “Indian superhero and father of Pakistan, Ajit Doval.” Another wrote, “Okay, okay, Ajit Doval ji” Another said, “Biography of the great Indian James Bond, ‘Indian spy Ajit Doval.’”

Although this has not been officially confirmed, the makers reminded fans of the trailer release date through this poster. The trailer for Dhurandhar will be launched on November 12th at 12:12 pm.

Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar is inspired by true events. The full story is still under wraps, but reports suggest Ranveer Singh will play an undercover spy. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal. It will be released in theaters on December 5, 2025.
