Prabhas’ 'The Raja Saab' Releases on Hotstar, Hindi Version can Release on This Platform

February 6, 2026: Prabhas’ much-awaited film The Raja Saab created huge buzz before its release, but the final result did not impress many viewers. The horror-comedy movie hit theatres on January 9, 2026, and was made on a grand scale with a big budget. Even though it registered a strong opening day, the film failed to maintain momentum and earned only ₹208.39 crore worldwide.

After its weak box office run, the Pan-India film has now arrived on OTT. The Raja Saab started streaming on Jio Hotstar from February 6, 2026. However, the film is currently available only in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Hindi version still not available

Many Hindi-speaking fans were disappointed as the film is not streaming in Hindi on Jio Hotstar. There is also no clear update on when the Hindi version will be released on the platform. Reports suggest that Hindi viewers may need to wait longer.

The Hindi digital rights of The Raja Saab are said to be with Amazon Prime Video. As per reports, the Hindi version is expected to stream there after the theatrical window ends. Earlier, there were rumours about a March 6, 2026 release, but nothing has been confirmed yet.

English subtitles available

Even though the Hindi version is missing, the film can be watched with English subtitles on Jio Hotstar. This makes it easier for viewers who do not understand the South Indian languages.

Star cast and story

Along with Prabhas, the film features Sanjay Dutt, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, Nidhi Agarwal, Zarina Wahab, and Boman Irani. Sanjay Dutt plays a key role alongside Prabhas. The story focuses on the bond between a grandson and his grandmother, with a mix of horror and comedy elements.
