February 9, 2026: One of the most awaited films in Indian cinema is “Spirit”, starring India’s superstar Prabhas and directed by cult filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The shooting for this film has recently started, with early scenes featuring Prabhas and the veteran actor Prakash Raj.

However, rumors are now circulating that Prakash Raj may have left the film. Many fans assumed from the voice teaser that he would play an important role. The truth about his participation is still unclear. Harshavardhan Rameshwar is composing the music, while Bhadrakali Pictures and T-Series are producing the film.

Prabhas’s Upcoming Film

After his recent release “The Raja Saab”, which did not perform well at the box office, Prabhas is now busy with “Spirit.” Fans are eagerly waiting for this high-octane action drama. Earlier, reports suggested that Deepika Padukone would play the lead role, but she later exited the project. Now, rumors about Prakash Raj’s departure are making headlines.

Tripti Dimri is confirmed as a lead actress alongside Prabhas. The film is currently being shot in Hyderabad.

Prakash Raj Out of Spirit?

According to OTT Play, National Award-winning Prakash Raj was initially part of the main cast. However, he has reportedly been removed from the project. Sources claim that he had a heated argument with Sandeep Reddy Vanga over the script and the filming of a particular scene.

The disagreement is said to have escalated, causing tension between the actor and the production team. Reports also suggest that Prabhas was upset with Prakash Raj’s behavior on set. This may have contributed to the actor leaving the film. Neither Prakash Raj nor the filmmakers have released an official statement yet.
