Paramedics receive career success tips at a special training session organised by multinational diagnostic company Meril in Udaipur
Udaipur, July 30, 2025 - Dr Arvinder Singh, CEO of Arth Group and a holder of three world records, delivered a talk on the topic “How Paramedics Can Double Their Salary” at a special training session organised by multinational diagnostic company Meril in Udaipur. The session was attended by around 150 paramedics from the Udaipur region, during which Dr Singh shared valuable insights for building a successful career.
In his address, Dr Singh emphasised that paramedical staff should not rely solely on technical skills. If they gain proficiency in financial literacy, client handling, quality control, operations management and communication skills, they can not only double but multiply their income significantly. He added that strong financial understanding is not only beneficial for the institution but also helps in providing affordable and quality healthcare to patients.
Dr Singh explained in simple terms that learning a new skill every day should be part of life, and one should learn to present themselves not as a “regular employee” but as “a personal brand.” He stressed the importance of sensitivity in patient communication, accuracy in reports, time management and teamwork — elements that make institutions more efficient and profitable, leading to higher demand and better pay for employees.
Drawing from his global experiences, Dr Singh inspired paramedics to see themselves not just as "assistants," but as integral pillars of the healthcare system.
The paramedical staff attending the programme described the session as highly motivational and practical. From Meril's side, Balam Singh (Head), Bharti Kulkarni (Product Manager) and Sanjay Karwani (distributor) conducted and concluded the programme with a Vote of Thanks. The company plans to organise more such sessions in the future.
