Nukkad Natak staged to invite people for New Year Celebration
The students of Alok School, Udaipur came up with a novel way of inviting people for the four day New Year Celebration ( Nav Samvat). By means of a 'Nukkad Natak' (Street Play), the students are gathering at every roundabout of the city and are propogating a message of 'No Smoking' through the play.

Tapping peoples homes individually, the students are inviting them to participate in the New Year celebration program by offering them Yellow rice, a means of invitation.
Dr. Pradeep Kumawat, Director of the Alok Sansthan, and National Secretary of the Nav Samvatsar Samiti, said that the four day program is being organised in the joint association of the Alok Sansthan and the Udaipur Municipal Corporation.
