Ashwa Shakti Society – A local organization promoting horse riding and horse breeds held a meeting today at Veterinary Hospital regarding the horse program on upcoming Independence Day Celebration.

Anand Singh, president of the society informed that, many major decisions were taken in today’s meeting which included a proposal of organizing Polo match and making attractive tableaus of horse.

The match of police is proposed to be organizing on 6^th August and the final decision will be taken by the district administration.“We want Udaipur to be known as horse cities,” said Singh.

District Collector Ashutosh Pednekar said that many individuals from Udaipur have represented in national level polo matches but the sport is so much neglected in Udaipur itself.

Along with the President of the society, the Secretary Kapila and senior members like Hakim Khan, Mohsin Khan, Hemant etc were present in the meeting .
