Udaipur for the first time will witness a Fashion Show called India Fashion Weekend- First on 4th January 2015 in which Bollywood celebrities will be seen walking the ramp. Barbie gown, ethnic, anarkali, winters and Goa theme will be the highlight of the show.

The Director and Choreographer of the show Deepal Talreja informed that in this show, famous designers will be showcasing their intricate designer work in which girls of Udaipur, above the age of 17 can audition to be part of the show. Around state, only 40 final girls will be selected.

He further said that the selected models will be provided with make up, hair styling, grooming, outfits and portfolio. The registration for the fashion show has commenced in Udaipur and the desirable candidates can take their registration forms from Mantram India Pvt. Ltd, situated at University Road.

The auditions of the fashion show are on 29th and 30th December after which the workshop will be held on 1st, 2nd and 3rd January 2015 at Hotel Ambiance at 100 ft road.

Organizer Ravindra Singh said that there will be a walk organised towards the end of the show with specially challenged kids as models. Bollywood celebrities such as Mandira Thakur and Ayushman Khurana will walk the ramp. The entry to this show will be based on passes which will be available free of cost.
