RNT Super Specialty Block Gets Advanced Breast Clinic, PRP Therapy Machine

RNT Medical College, Udaipur, has introduced an Advanced Breast Clinic and a PRP Therapy Machine, offering free treatment for breast-related issues and chronic pain conditions

Udaipur, Dec 10, 2025 - The Super Specialty Block of RNT Medical College, Udaipur, has received modern medical service upgrades, including an Advanced Breast Clinic in the Plastic Surgery Department and a PRP Therapy Machine in the Anesthesia Department. Both were inaugurated on Tuesday (December 9), by RNT Medical College Principal Dr Vipin Mayale. These facilities will prove highly beneficial, especially for patients who are unable to access expensive medical treatments. Both services will be provided free of cost.

Present on the occasion were Dr Khemraj Meena, Dr Lalit Regar, Dr Devendra Verma, Dr Indira, Dr Vikram Bedi, Dr Ravindra Gehlot, Dr Richa Purohit, Dr Tarun Ralot, Dr Gaurav Jaiswal, Narendra Rathore, Dr Deepank Panchal, Dr Rajveer Singh, Dr Mahendra Singh, Dr Bhuvnesh, along with Nursing Superintendent Sharda Garasia, Office In-charge Harish Chaubisa, Pre-Anesthesia Nursing In-charge Suryaprakash Chauhan, OPD In-charge Pawan Danadhyaksh and Blood Collection Lab In-charge Manoj.

Plastic Surgery Department Head Dr Vikas Chaudhary informed that the Advanced Breast Clinic will now operate every Saturday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm in the OPD. The clinic will provide specialised treatment for almost all breast-related conditions, including breast lumps and tumours, post-breast cancer deformities, congenital breast deformities, breast augmentation and deformities caused by trauma and burns. Treatments will be offered using advanced plastic surgery techniques under expert supervision.

Anesthesia Department Head Dr Udita Naithani shared details about the newly-installed PRP Therapy Machine, explaining that this advanced technology offers non-surgical relief for several complex pain conditions. The therapy uses the patient's own cells to treat issues such as knee pain, heel pain, tennis elbow, shoulder pain, and muscle or joint pain. The treatment is safe, minimally painful, has very few side effects and delivers long-lasting results, the doctor said. This service will be available on the first floor of the Super Specialty Hospital.
