The 3rd grade teachers who remained deprived of promotion under DPC since 2007 protested outside the office of Deputy Director of Secondary Education today.

More than 24 teachers protested under the banner of Rajasthan Commerce Subject Action Committee today morning in front of the office of Deputy Director. They shouted slogans against the department and blamed the senior officers of the dept for being negligent towards them.

Under Departmental Promotion Committee, teachers of Arts, Home Science, Agriculture, Science and Commerce subjects have not been promoted since 2007. They are still working as 3rd grade teachers till now, informed Sher Singh, State President of the Action Committee.

Singh further informed that there may be an outcome of violent behavior from the teachers if they are not allotted DPC till the end of November.
