The Hindu spiritual leader Asaram Bapu’s supporters are going to protest against the serious allegations on him of abusing a minor girl. The allegations had hurt feelings of hundreds and thousands of supporters who pledged to support Asaram Bapu and discard all allegations as false.

A local group Yog Vedan Seva Samiti is going to organize a silent march. The march will start from Gandhi Ground and will conclude at Collector’s office. They will hand over a memorandum in support of Asaram Bapu.

Kamal Bilochi, secretary of the Samiti said that, believing statement of an underage girl who is putting serious allegations on a respectable person will not be tolerated.

The decision of the protest march came after a meeting held between members of Samiti and members of Asaram Bapu’s Ashram at Dabok.

Asaram Bapu was booked by Delhi police under the charges of sexually assaulting a minor girl in his Jodhpur ashram.
