Father of a 30-year-old woman has demanded police inquiry over the alleged suspicious death of his daughter. However, no one is detained yet, as police is waiting for the postmortem report.

According to police, Rekha w/o Mukesh Kumawat, resident of Pula was on bed rest since last 22 days, after she delivered a baby girl. Yesterday on 23 Dec, Rekha fell unconscious and was rushed to MB hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

News of this mishap was given to Rekha’s father Satyanarayan Kumawat, resident of Nathdwara who reached Udaipur immediately.

Satyanarayan told police that he came to know from a doctor that Rekha was brought dead to hospital which raised doubt in his mind and he decided for police investigation over the death of her daughter.

The deceased is mother of two daughters, one 22-days-old and other 3-year-old. The in-laws including husband of the deceased denied of any issues with her.
