The medical staffs as well as the patients at the Pediatrics ward of M.B hospital were shocked to see, as the new born girl child was lying abandoned in the dustbin installed at ward’s toilet, today morning.

The girl child was first seen in the dustbin by Suman, a sweeping staff of the ward. She immediately informed the administration about the horrific incidence. Thereafter police was also informed about the mishap and the girl was taken under observation by the doctors. The child’s condition is said to be stable, as per HOD Dr. Rajrani.

It seems to be a case of negligence in which the parents leave the victim girl, with the intention to get rid of her. The girl is under doctor’s observation, till now no other information about the parents of the girl is known.
