Residents of Shobhagpura expressed their anger and annoyance caused due to the construction work of a commercial complex going on in the area today morning.

The residents alleged that due to the construction, heavy vehicles loaded with cement and construction material pass through the only road that is connecting the neighborhood from main 100ft. road.

The road is damaged due to the heavy traffic movement, and the cracked sewerage lane made the condition worst.

No administrative officer or police force responded the scene; however the issue was resolved when building contractor promised to repair the road soon. Few people also expressed anger saying that the Sarpanch of the area Vardichand Dangi was contacted several times but he did not responded.

Locals of the area also blamed that the construction is allegedly illegal as only 12 feet road is left and according to the rules there should be at least 60feet road space to be left before doing any construction.

The contractor of the building Mukesh Jain said that their work is legal, he admitted that due to passing of heavy vehicles the road was slightly damaged which he will get repair soon.
