Surajpol Police Station has taken the custody of an alleged chain snatcher who has been caught by the Kota Police a few days ago and during interrogation, he admitted of doing a chain snatching in Udaipur.

Ranjeet Khatik alias Rajveer alias Raju from Begu, Chittorgarh has been sent to 5 days remand.

During an initial interrogation by the Kota police, Ranjeet has confessed to snatching a chain off Deepa Gupta on 13^th March 2012 from Bohra Ganesh ji area. He was nabbed 15 days back by Kota police.

More details will be given by the police after questioning.
