An illegally acquired employee’s quarter was evacuated by the Department of Devsthan today, the quarter was located at the temple premises near Devsthan office. It was allotted to the priest of temple who was also the caretaker of the temple and now been retired from the post.

The process was carried out under the direction of Shanti Lal Nagda, commissioner of Devsthan.

According to sources, the priest son Mukesh was staying in the house illegitimately, “as per the norms, you have to vacant the government residence soon after the retirement, but the priest’s son continued to stay there even after giving notice several times” says Shantilal Nagda.

The team of devsthan officials including Dr. Priyanka Bhatt was also present at the time of evacuation.
