The team of Anti-Encroachment Wing of Udaipur Municipal Corporation (Nagar Nigam) demolished illegal construction going on in a building situated near CPS, Bhopalpura. The building was permitted for Ground plus 2 floors but due to faulty setback, the action was taken by the anti encroachment wing.

The under construction building owned by Shanker Lal Prajapat held ground floor plus two floors as permitted. The wing received information about the building having a faulty setback. Under the orders of Revenue Officer Anita Mittal, the team reached the spot and removed the encroachment.

With the sudden action by the team, the people showed discomfort and protested in front of the officers. Reacting on this, the SHO and additional force of Bhopalpura police reached the venue and handled the situation.
