A 21-year-old girl committed suicide by consuming poison at her house inTekri. The girl was working as a daily wage labor.

Rukmani (name changed), resident of Humpura, Tekri was found lying unconscious in her room and she was rushed to hospital, where she died during treatment.

Police officer Dayaram who is investigating the case said that, although no suicide note has been found from the house, it does seem to be a case of suicide and a further investigation will clear the doubts.
