F.I.R Against BJP Party Officials
A case was registered yesterday evening at the Bhupalpura Police Station against members of the BJP Yuva Morcha for deliberately interfering in the Government’s official work. While tens of activists forcefully tried to enter district collector’s office.
A case was registered yesterday evening at the Bhupalpura Police Station against members of the BJP Yuva Morcha for deliberately interfering in the Government’s official work. While tens of activists forcefully tried to enter district collector’s office.
Jinendra Shastri, City President, Rishi Bansal, State President, Chagan Mahur, State Secretary, Manoj Pathak, Divisional Incharge, Mahendra Odichya and about twenty other workers and volunteers of the Yuva Morcha are booked for their alleged transgression.
The case was registered after the BJP Yuva Morcha led procession reached the Collectorate as a part of their protest against the Governments policies leading to price hike of Petrol and other essential commodities.
On reaching the Collectorate, the representatives tried to enter the Collectarate office forcefully during their demonstration in front of the main gate.
The aggression hightened when several workers of the party tried to open the gates of the Collectors office and when they were advised by the police officers including DySp, Anant Kumar to not try and enter forcefully.
The Police, including the SHO of the various police stations of the city said that the protestors did not heed to their advice and climbed over the gates of the Collector’s office and entered inside the premises.
The Police reacted and even then a heated argument followed after which the crowd of protestors settled in front of the Collector’s chamber. They were made to leave the premises after the Police took action.
After the dramatic scene, an FIR was lodged for allegedly creating hurdles in the Governme against the protestors for allegedly interfering in Government official work.
