A complaint was lodged against Himmat Singh Barath, Commissioner, UMC ; Nitish Bhatnagar, Revenue Officer; Jeevan Singh Ranawat, DySP, UMC; Nasir Khan, LDC, UMC and Patawri of UMC yesterday for taking advantage of their position.

Complaint was lodged by Mahesh Chandra Sharma, resident of Ashok Nagar against these officers for damaging his property by using their position.

As per Police, victim reported that, all the accused allegedly trespassed his property and demolished the boundary wall. They also demolished a cabin installed on the piece of land without his permission.

Upon getting the complaint from the victim, investigation of the matter has been started by the cops.
