The atmosphere in Ward 16 ( Neurology Ward) was tense today morning after one patient fled from there by breaking the window of the ward.

He used the water pipe outside the ward to get down on the road. The fleeing came to light when the attendant started shouting.

Kanhaiya Lal of Aaspur, near Dungarpur was admitted to the ward a few days back after he got injured in a road accident at his village. Since then, his behavior was suspicious; some time he used to remove his clothes and sometimes he used to argue with the hospital staff and so on, said hospital staff.

According to HOD Dr Tarun Gupta the patient was behaving normally since this morning but suddenly he broke one of the window of the ward and fled from there. A huge number of medical staff gathered at the ward as information of the incidence spread all over.
