Missing Student found dead in Jaisamand Lake
The dead body of Ajit Vaishnav, student of Buddha Institute of Technology, Udaipur who went missing since 30th March was recovered from Jaisamand Lake, 53 km from Udaipur.
Though no suicide note has been found on the body, the Police believe it to be a case of suicide as Ajit was under depression for the last few days before he went missing.

Ajit, 22, originally belonged to Sirohi and was pursing his Bachelors in Computer Applications from Buddha Institute, Udaipur and staying as a paying guest at Hiran Magri, Sector-14.
Jaisamand and Goverdhan Vilas Police had been searching for Ajit since 3rd April after his father Mukesh Vaishnav lodged a missing report. It was today afternoon that Ajit’s body was recovered from Jaisamand Lake.
According to the police, Ajit was supposedly mentally depressed, which seems to be the motive behind the suicide. The body was handed over to relatives after the postmortem.
On 30th March, Ajit left his accommodation after asking his landlord the route to Jaisamand.
