A female infant was brought to Mahesh Aashram, Udaipur this evening after she was found abandoned in a deserted house near Sangawas Bus Stand, Devgarh today morning.

As per the information received, a passersby noticed the child left-off in a deserted house near bus stand of Sangawas Village today morning nearly at 7:00 AM. He informed police who then shifted the baby to Devgarh General Hospital.

After the preliminary check-up, the child was shifted to Rajsamand Hospital and then to Mahesh Aashram later this evening.

The female child is reportedly healthy and has been handed over to the authority of Mahesh Aashram. The legal procedural will be done tomorrow.

It is an irony that we say “Children are God’s avatar” and then we see cases like these where Children are left-off. May god bless his own avatars.
