One arrested for forging Land Papers
Ambamata police arrested one person for allegedly grabbing land from another person by forging papers. The arrested person has been identified as Naresh Guda, a resident of Ashok Nagar main road.
Ambamata police arrested one person for allegedly grabbing land from another person by forging papers. The arrested person has been identified as Naresh Guda, a resident of Ashok Nagar main road.
As per the information received from Ambamata police, the victim Daya Ram Kumawat, a resident of Neemuch Kheda, Dewali, had filed a case against Naresh in 2002 for submitting fake documents to SDM office and getting Daya Ram’s land transferred in his name. The police closed the case in 2002 for lack of evidence.
The case was reopened in 2005 and has been under investigation since then. The police have recently received strong evidences against Naresh. 2 months back Ambamata police had sent the submitted photocopies of the documents to forensic lab for verification. The forensic lab reported a lot of discrepancies in the document and basis the evidences, police carried out the arrest today.
