Owner brings Stay order, Anti Encroachment team returns
The Anti Encroachment team of Udaipur Municipal Corporation has to return empty handed today from an encroachment sight. The owner of the building situated in Surajpol Area near Rajasthan Mahila Vidhyalaya brought a stay on their order.
Anti Encroachment team of Udaipur Municipal Corporation had to return empty handed today from an encroachment site after the owner of the building situated at Surajpol Area near Rajasthan Mahila Vidhyalaya, got a Stay on their order.
UMC Commissioner Himmat Singh Barhath informed that the owner of the building was permitted to construct 2 floors along with a ground floor, but an extra floor was constructed illegally. A notice for the removal of the illegally constructed floor was served by the UMC on 1st May.
When the owner paid no heed to the notice, a team of UMC rushed to the scene today morning to dismantle the encroachment.
However, before the team could start the process, the owner intervened by showing the Stay that he procured from Court, against their Notice. During the whole episode, the owner allegedly got into an argument with UMC staff. Things turned normal once Senior staff from UMC reached the spot.
