Prime Minister Narendra Modi Arrives in Udaipur | Will Flag Off 3 Trains From Rajasthan

 Udaipur, Sept 25, 2025: The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi arrived at the Maharana Pratap Airport in Dabok Airport today morning. At the time of publishing this news, the Prime Minister had reached Banswara, from where he is scheduled to flag off three new trains in Rajasthan. One of the trains will be the Udaipur - Chandigarh Superfast, which he will flag off in a virtual ceremony that is being held at the Udaipur Railway Station. The other two trains are the Bikaner - Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express and the Jodhpur - Delhi Cantt Vande Bharat Express.

The Udaipur - Chandigarh train, operated by the North Western Railway zone, will run twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. The check timings CLICK HERE of read below.

🔹 Train Schedule

• From Udaipur (20989): Departs Wed & Sat at 4:05 PM, arrives Chandigarh next day at 9:50 AM.

• From Chandigarh (20990): Departs Thu & Sun at 11:20 AM, arrives Udaipur next day at 5:30 AM.

🔹 Frequency: Bi-weekly (Wednesday & Saturday from Udaipur, Thursday & Sunday from Chandigarh).

🔹 Major Stations Enroute

The journey between Udaipur and Chandigarh will cover Rana Pratap Nagar Station (Udaipur), Mavli Junction, Kapasan, Chittaurgarh (Chanderiya), Bhilwara, Bijainagar, Ajmer Jn, Kishengarh, Phulera, Jaipur, Gandhinagar (Jaipur), Dausa, Bandikui, Rajgarh, Alwar, Rewari, Jhajjar, Rohtak, Jind, Narwana, Kaithal, Kurukshetra and Ambala Cantt.

🔹 Inaugural Special

The inaugura train departed from Udaipur at 2:30pm on Sept 25 and will reach Chandigarh on Sept 26 at 8:30am. The inaugural special will leave Chandigarh at 11:20am on Sept 26 and reach Udaipur at 5:25am on Saturday, Sept 26.

Bikaner - Delhi Cantt: The inaugural run of the Vande Bharat Express will depart from Bikaner at 2:30pm and arrive at Delhi Cantt at 9:05pm the same day. This train consists of 7 air-conditioned coaches and 1 exec air conditioned chair car coach. The regular train will operated six days a week except Wednesday and will begin its regular operations on Sept 28.

Jodhpur - Delhi Cantt: The inaugural run of the Vande Bharat Express will depart from Jodhpur at 2:30pm and arrive at Delhi Cantt at 11:20pm the same day. This train consists of 7 air-conditioned coaches and 1 exec air conditioned chair car coach. The regular train will operated six days a week except Tuesday and will begin its regular operations on Sept 27.
