The Inspector General of Police, Udaipur Range T. C. Damor surprised everyone, including his subordinates, when he reached the office today on his bicycle. Surprisingly, nobody noticed I. G. and his guard cycling from his residence to office.

Soon after reaching the office, curiosity among officials spread like jungle fire when they came to know that the police chief has come all the way cycling.

Dressed in a civil code, T. C. Damor along with his gunman Babulal tried to avoid the media, but upon requesting, he agreed to speak his mind.

“It is not a big thing, I love cycling and do it often whenever I get chance, today I thought to reach office by cycle and so I did it”, said Damor in a telephonic conversation with UT reporter. T. C. Damor had also participated in the recently held Cyclothon.

Although, it might be a very normal thing for T. C. Damor, but he has not only set an inspiration for health conscious, environment friendly and cycling enthusiasts of the city, but also set an example for those who don’t even walk few meters without vehicle.
