Police to go strict against students without Driving Licence
The Traffic Police will act strict on students who drive their two-wheeler to school. Action will be taken against students of age 16 years who are found without a driving license on the road by next week.

In this concern, the traffic police will start inspecting students of 16 years of age from Tuesday and if found without a driving license, will be penalized with Rs. 500. The person on whose name the vehicle is registered will also be penalized with Rs. 1000.
Kaan Singh Parihar, DTO informed that considering the increased number of road accident cases of students, the police department has decided to act stringent against the defaulters.
He further said that children below the age of 16 years are also seen on the road driving two-wheeler which is illegal. He made an appeal to the parents as well saying that they should not allow their kids to drive two-wheeler to schools without license and in such cases not only will the child be punished, actions will also be taken against the parents under the section of 180 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988.
