Protesting Government’s decision of nearly privatizing Rajasthan Roadways, the employee union conducted Sadh Budhhi Yagya at the City bus stand in Udiapol.

The employees alleged that government is marginalizing State Roadways and giving authority to private bus operators, which is intolerable and infringement of their rights.

Several labour associations joined together for the cause and announced their protest two weeks ago.

Mahesh Upadhyay, one of the members of the committee protesting said that the yagya was conducted today as a part of the protest. We demand from CM Vasundhara Raje to change her decision of privatizing Roadways.

Regular operations of roadways buses will be completely shut down on the 30th and 31st of July.  Other associations are also supporting the strike.
