The first day of the week saw a lot of student protests from different colleges of the city, who reached administration with their respective concerns and alleged irregularities in the college.

M.G College

Students of Meera Girls College (Philosophy Department) approached collector and informed about the present condition of Philosophy Honors Part –I. As per the student leader Bhavyata Chouhan and Swati Bajaj, there is only one position for the post of lecturer, but from last 2 years college has not appointed anyone.

MLSU

Activist of ABVP demanded not to remove guest faculties appointed in the university. The student leaders reached Vice Chancellor of Mohanlal Sukhadia University and said that the students will bear the loss if administration decides to remove the faculties. ABVP also warned protest if the university didn’t take any positive action.

School at Dhikli

Students of Dhikhli Residential School protested against their school administration for their alleged negligence. Girls of class XI and XII gathered outside the school and expressed their concern. According to the students, they are facing problems in studies because of lack of teachers but school administration is ignoring the problem.
