The Rajasthan State Congress is organizing a one day summit at Jaipur’s Birla Auditorium on 9th May to re-strategize and strengthen the party’s youth candidates elected in both, the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha.

The Rajasthan State Congress is organizing a one day summit at Jaipur’s Birla Auditorium on 9th May to re-strategize and strengthen the party’s youth candidates elected in both, the Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha.

Ashok Gahlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Dr. Chandrabhan, President of State Congress Committee, Bhanwar Jitendra Singh, Home Minister of State and Rajeev Satav, State President of Indian Youth Congress are most likely to address the representatives.  The program will be presided over by Pawan Godara, President of Rajasthan State Youth Congress.

Vivek Katara, President of Udaipur Lok Sabha Youth Congress informed that “various problems of the youth representatives related to the Panchayat Raj Organizations will be discussed in the summit.  This will include involvement of the Congress party in Rural Development, the role of Congress in reorganizing the Panchayat, etc. by the Chief Congress Leaders”.

A major initiative being planned during this summit is to launch a State wide Campaign to educate the common man and the public on the initiatives of the UPA Government at the Center and the State, including their Flagship Programs, State Public Welfare plans, and the general message of the Congress.

In this meeting the selected representatives of the Youth Congress will be chosen to implement this initiative and run special programs to benefit the weaker sections of the society, especially the Dalits, Minorities and Women.

The program will start on 9th May at 11.30 am and the registration will be done between 9 am to 11 am on the same day.
