A 65-year-old rural woman found dead in the jungle.  Prima facie, the death looks mysterious as no signs of any wound were observed on her self.  Relatives of the deceased lodged a police report and doubted murder.

The victim, Marti Meena, resident of Village Saru, Goverdhan Vilas Police station had left home to herd her livestock in the jungle.  She was seen lying unconscious by a 12-year-old girl who informed the villagers.

The teenage girl also saw a tribal man standing near the body but the man fled away, seeing people coming towards the body.

Police has started the investigations and have shifted the body to hospital for postmortem.
