Udaipur Police is fully prepared to manage any law and order situation in the city tomorrow on 25^th Aug. For the unawares, the Bar Association has declared district level strike and on the same day a high level meeting of cabinet ministers also scheduled at Rajasthan College of Agriculture, Udaipur.

This is the result of their continuous demand of establishing a High Court Bench in Udaipur, that the Bar Association under its arm – Mewar Wagad High Court Bench Sangarsh Samiti called for ‘Bandh’ on 25^th Aug.

Other organizations like Roadways Employee Union, Labour Association and Nursing students who are also not satisfied with government’s response over their respective issues supported the bandh with their allies. Many social organizations also justified the demand of advocates valid and assured their support.

Most of the private schools of the city have already declared a holiday on Monday and all commercial activities are likely to get effected during bandh.

According to a senior police official, more than one thousand cops will ensure security tomorrow which including Additional S.P, Dy.S.P, Circle Inspectors and constables.

Companies of Special Task Force, Emergency Response Team and Riot Control Police will also prepare to control any unwanted situations.

As per the sources, the police teams are instructed to take strict action against any violent protest.
