A shocking incident happened on Wednesday night where a woman was sent out of the ward with her new born son at Pannadhay unit of MB Hospital. The victim was from Barbadi village of Salumber area who was admitted to the hospital unit considering her pregnancy.

The 24 year old victim, Yashoda gave birth to her son on Wednesday morning. She was accompanied by her mother-in-law and husband, Mangi Lal. Yashoda was admitted in the ward no.1 of the Pannadhay unit where the staff members sent her out of the ward accusing her of misbehavior and disturbing other women present inside. She was also alleged to have mental problems, informed her husband.

The protest by the husband and mother-in-law turned into a brawl which reached Dr. Rajrani Sharma, Head of the Unit. She later asked her staff to shift the woman and her new born son back into the ward.
