A one day workshop on Cow Shelter Management and Development was carried today at the conference hall of city’s veterinary hospital situated at Chetak Circle. The program was jointly organized by Anuvrat Samiti and Mewar Sahayata Samiti.

Out of 11 different cow shelters in Udaipur, managers of 7 cow shelters were present in the workshop and they were educated with various measures regarding the management of the cow shelters as per the required standards, medicine, hygiene etc.

The latest method of milking the cow which harms the cow body is also discussed in the workshop.

The chief guests of the program were Dr. Mahesh Kipala, Assistant Director of veterinary hospital and Ganesh Daglia, President of Anuvrat Samiti.

Other prominent people present in the workshop were Dr. S.K Kothari, Patron of Mewar Sahayata Samiti, Rajendra Sen, Chief Executive of Anuvrat Samiti, Surendra Bhatnagar from Mewar Sahayak Samiti and Surendra Chagnani organizer of the workshop.
