Mamta (name changed), a married woman and mother of a three month old baby has committed suicide on 12^th March after midnight at around 12:30am at her residence in Hiran Magri Sector-9.

Though there is no substantiation on the cause of the suicide.

Husband of the victim works as a Mechanical Engineer in a private company and originally hails from Bhinder.  Both were living in a rented house at Sector-9.  According to sources, both husband and wife did inter caste marriage and due to this parents of the girl were not happy with it.

As the case falls under his purview, Additional Deputy Magistrate of the city will investigate this case.
