The monthly routine meet of Police Officials commenced today at the Police Lines Conference Hall, in the presence of Hariprasad Sharma, Superintendent of Police at 3PM.

The monthly routine meet of Police Officials commenced today at the Police Lines Conference Hall, in the presence of Hariprasad Sharma, Superintendent of Police at 3PM.

The meeting was attended by Tejraj Singh, ADSP (City); Kaluram Rawat, ADSP (Central); Sudhir Joshi, ADSP (Tribal); 8 DYSPs of District; SHOs of all the Police Stations of District and 8 DGPs of the District.

The agenda of the meeting was to discuss the special and local acts of crime which broadly includes group crimes, illegal liquor smuggling, land mafia, human trafficking, trafficking of minors, vehicle thefts, not obeying of regular laws, etc.

The plan of action, strategy and discussion on the rising crime was done and SHOs were instructed wherever needed.  The How-To factors and new techniques and procedures to control crime were conveyed and presented.

The previous months tasks and their execution by officials at different levels including SHOs and others were evaluated and commented.

The officials were specifically instructed not to keep cases related to ‘person missing’ in just files, and solve them swiftly.
