An elderly man from Pali became victim of pick pocketing when he was returning back to Pali from Udaipur in a roadways bus today. The suspected thieves stole Rs. 66000 from his pocket.

An elderly man from Pali became victim of pickpocketing when he was returning back to Pali from Udaipur in a roadways bus today. The suspected thieves stole Rs. 66000 from his pocket.

The victim Bhanwar Singh Rathore, resident of Pali lodged complaint at Surajpol Police Station that, he came to Udaipur to visit his sister who lives in Titardi. While returning back, Singh had Rs.1 Lac in his pockets, he kept Rs.66000 in one pocket while remaining in other.

Before the bus started, few men came inside the bus and started talking to Singh regarding the availability of seat. After a short conversation, all men went out of the bus.

Singh doubts that, during conversation, one of the suspects took money from his pocket. Police has started search operation as per the physical appearances of the suspects provided by the victim.
