Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot visited Saulmber to inspect the groundwork prior to the proposed visit of Congress vice President Rahul Gandhi on 11^th September.

Gehlot, accompanied by Dr. C.P Joshi, Dr. Chandrabhan and Gurudas Kamat were welcomed at Maharana Pratap Airport, Dabok. From there, the convoy directly left for Salumber.

In the evening, CM Gehlot attended several programs of inaugurations at Udaipur including inauguration of Drug Warehouse at Medical College, MB Hospital, inauguration of road construction from TAD hostel to National Highway and inauguration of Tribal Boys’s Hostel.

On his visit to Salumber, Ashok Gehlot met Congress party workers and inspected the preparation for Rahul Gandhi’s visit.

According to political experts, Rahul Gandhi’s visit is believed to be in response of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi’s Mega Rally on 10^th September in Jaipur.

Advocates Protest CM’s Visit: Dozens get self-arrested

Sticking to their agenda of protesting every program of Chief Minister over the issue of High Court Bench demand, the Udaipur Bar Association advocates demonstrated outside hospital compound today and got themselves self-arrested. The CM visited MB Hospital to inaugurate medicine warehouse.
