Activists of Communist Party of India impeded Chetak Express today at Udaipur city railway station for nearly 25 mins. The activists were protesting against government’s decision of raising the train fare.

Activists of Communist Party of India impeded Chetak Express today at Udaipur city railway station for nearly 25 mins. The activists were protesting against government’s decision of raising the train fare.

Rajesh Singhvi, president of CPM, Udaipur District informed that, around one hundred activists rallied across the railway station and stopped Delhi bound Chetak Express for nearly 25 minutes.

Singhvi said that, the government’s decision of hiking fare is adding problem for local citizens. He said that this sudden decision is a shock for common man who was expecting much from the current BJP government.
