NaMo Buzz: Udaipur to come to a stand still due to Modi Rally
Daily commuters are in for a lot of trouble due to stringent traffic arrangements for tomorrow’s (26th Oct) mega rally of Bhartiya Janta Party headed by Narendra Modi, chief minister of Gujarat.
Daily commuters are in for a lot of trouble due to stringent traffic arrangements for tomorrow’s (26th Oct) mega rally of Bhartiya Janta Party headed by Narendra Modi, chief minister of Gujarat.
All roads going towards Chetak Circle will be blocked and many other routes will be diverted or converted into one-way traffic.
Over 1000 additional police force is going to guard the rally as 2 Lac people are expected to gather at Gandhi Ground to hear Narendra Modi’s address at 4pm.
Roads to Remain Closed
1. Court Chouraha to Chetak Circle
2. Hathipol to Chetak Circle
3. Shikha Bhawan to Chetak Circle
4. UIT to Chetak Circle
5. Lok Kala Mandal to Chetak Circle
6. Residency School to Chetak Circle
Buses going towards Nathdwara, Gogunda, Dabok will be diverted from Udiapol via Paras or via Reti Stand – Eklingpura – Jadav Nursery – Sevashram – Thokar Chouraha – Pratap Nagar – to Destination
Ambulance, School Buses, Fire Brigade and any emergency services are exempted.
Parking
The people of the city are requested not to a park their vehicles anywhere on the road, as specific places have been earmarked for the same.
Fatah School, R.C.A, Sub City Center near Krishi Mandi, Railway Training School, and VIP parking will be available at UIT.
