Deepak Mewara, the NSUI executive committee election candidate, has won the seat of the President of Udaipur district. Mewara received 153 votes in the zonal level elections that held today at Savina Vatika.

Deepak Mewara, the NSUI executive committee election candidate, has won the seat of the President of Udaipur district. Mewara received 153 votes in the zonal level elections that held today at Savina Vatika.

After the results were declared, Mewara was greeted with garlands and firecrackers by his cheerful supporters who later carried out a victory rally in the town.

Udaipur hosted elections of 6 districts, including Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Banswara, Rajsamand and Dungerpur, for the selection of the executive committee of NSUI. The newly elected committee of Udaipur has Durgesh Kumar Menaria as Chief Secretary and Lokesh Ameta as Secretary of NSUI Udaipur with Deepak Mewara as the President.

The results of Chittorgarh are: Digvijay Singh Chundawat (President), Anil Tank (Vice President), Hitendra Singh (General Secretary) and Om Prakash Jaat (Secretary).

From Pratapgarh: Surajmal Meena (President), Mukesh Chandra (General Secretary) and Rais Kumar (Secretary).

From Banswara: Kuldeep Kata (President), Prakash Mardia (General Secretary)

From Rajsamand: Shurveer Singh (President)

From Dungerpur: Jignesh Kala (President)

The voting started today morning at around 10 am and continued till 4 pm; soon after the end of elections, the counting of the votes had started.
